Samaa Haridi to Speak at Riyadh International Disputes Week

K&S partner Samaa Haridi will be participating in multiple events held as part of the Riyadh International Disputes Week:

February 24th, 2025: 

Samaa Haridi will be co-chairing the 2nd edition of GAR Live: Riyadh 2025.  The conference will be held as a part of Riyadh International Disputes Week that seeks to connect international and local practitioners, to discuss the latest developments centered on Saudi Arabia and the wider region. Find more details here   

February 25th, 2025:

Samaa Haridi will be participating in a panel titled "Charting New Frontiers in Arbitration: ICC’s Role in Advancing Saudi Arabia’s Legal Transformation," which will be hosted by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Court of Arbitration, as part of Riyadh International Disputes Week.  The panel will explore the latest developments in Saudi Arabia’s arbitration market, highlighting the unique role of the ICC Court of Arbitration’s in advancing the Kingdom’s Vision 2030. February 27, 2025:

• Samaa Haridi will be participating in a panel titled “Trade, Investment and Arbitration across Asia and the Middle East,” which will be hosted by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) as part of Riyadh International Disputes Week.  The event will feature a panel discussion that brings together industry leaders and experts in their fields to discuss issues relating to trade, investment and arbitration across Asia and the Middle East. Find more details here
  
  
• Samaa Haridi will be participating in the International Judicial Colloquia New York Convention Roadshow, which will be co-hosted by the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) , the International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA), the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (GCCSG) and the Council for International Dispute Resolution for the Kingdom of Bahrain.  The event will bring together judges from the Arabic-speaking world to enable the harmonization of the application of the New York Convention through an exchange of ideas on best practices and a dialogue among the judges and members of the international arbitration community.
