Robert will provide an overview of key legal considerations for the business acquisition process, including the negotiation of letters of intent, due diligence and purchase agreements. bETA is an accelerator program sponsored by JP Morgan Chase & Co. in partnership with New Majority Capital Foundation that prepares underrepresented founders to acquire and run an existing business.
