Aaron Stephens, Sir Max Hill, and Peter Isajiw, in partnership with the Association of Foreign Banks, presented on “The Use of Off-Channel Communications - Regulatory Enforcement Lessons from the U.S” to a group of UK financial services firms on Dec 5th, 2024 in the K&S London office.  This seminar looked at UK regulatory risks and lessons learned from case studies in the US, including potential updates to policies, procedures, and controls so that UK firms can more effectively manage compliance risk.
