backLOS ANGELES, May 23, 2023 — Daron Tooch has been named to the Los Angeles Business Journal’s Top 100 Lawyers list. The list recognizes the region’s outstanding lawyers for their legal achievements, community involvement and impacts on the profession, according to the publication. The Los Angeles Business Journal highlighted Tooch for obtaining the second highest verdict for breach of contract claims in California in 2017 and for obtaining a verdict of $105, 887, 963 for Pomona Valley Hospital against Kaiser in January.
Tooch specializes in managed care litigation and has recovered hundreds of millions of dollars for healthcare providers in civil actions and arbitrations against health plans. He represents hospitals, medical groups, physicians, pharmacies, laboratories, surgery centers and home health companies in arbitrations in federal and state courts.
