Craig is one of the leading intellectual property and unfair competition business trial lawyers in California and is a partner in the Trial and Global Disputes practice group. He represents clients in a wide variety of industries, including technology, pharmaceuticals, and logistics companies. Craig specializes in complex, bespoke cases, and has an undefeated record in both jury and bench trials as first or second chair.
Shin is a member of the firm’s Healthcare practice. He represents hospitals, behavioral health facilities, laboratories, medical device manufacturers and other healthcare providers in managed care and general commercial litigation in arbitrations and state and federal civil actions throughout the country.
