backKing & Spalding and the International Arbitration and Mediation Center (IAMC) in Hyderabad are pleased to be hosting a session as part of London International Disputes Week 2024 (LIDW24) in the premises of King & Spalding’s new London office.
Our event will feature an address by Justice Hima Kohli of the Indian Supreme Court followed by a panel discussion on the future of arbitration in the burgeoning hubs of India and the MENA region, featuring leading practitioners and representatives from key institutions in the regions.
Topics will range from the procedural to substantive, including conundrums of reciprocity in recognition of judgments and awards, differing approaches to advocacy, the right choice of arbitral institutions and the continued centrality of construction disputes. The event will ensure ample scope for audience questions and participation.
