In its profile of the practice, Law360 highlights the group’s successful work, including defending drugmaker Boehringer Ingelheim in the first trial over claims alleging Zantac contributed to patients' cancer, as well as Johnson & Johnson in its first post-bankruptcy win in talcum powder litigation.
Law360’s Practice Group of the Year awards “honor the law firms behind the litigation wins and major deals that resonated throughout the legal industry in the past year,” according to the publication. This year, Law360 selected the winners from nearly 800 nominations provided by 77 law firms. In addition to being named a 2024 Practice Group of the Year for Trials, the firm is also recognized as a International Arbitration Practice Group of the Year.
