backIFLR Europe has awarded King & Spalding with its Impact Deal and Restructuring Deal of the Year awards.
The firm was honored with its Impact Deal award for advising the syndicate of Joint Lead Managers on Telekom Srbija a.d. Beograd’s landmark $900 million senior notes offering. This was the largest inaugural high-yield bond transaction in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunication sector in Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa since 2014.
The firm was also awarded with IFLR’s Restructuring Deal of the Year award for its work in securing $900 million dollars for Reficar in its dispute with CB&I, owned by McDermott International, over the construction of the Cartagena oil refinery in Colombia.
