King & Spalding partners John McClenahan (Tokyo), Nabil Issa (Riyadh), Tim Burbury (Abu Dhabi) and Leroy Levy (Dubai) will be leading a Middle East-focused investments seminar for Asian investors, “The New PPP laws in the Middle East, Islamic Financing, Innovative Joint Venture Structures and Opportunities in Saudi Arabia and Other Jurisdictions in the Middle East” on June 14 in Tokyo.
