backLONDON, March 6, 2024 – King & Spalding has added high-yield capital markets lawyer Peter Schwartz as a partner in the firm’s London office.
Schwartz advises on high-yield debt offerings, primary and secondary equity offerings, restructurings, acquisition financings and general compliance issues for European and North American clients seeking securities law advice. His client base includes some of the world’s leading investment funds.

Schwartz joins King & Spalding from Paul Hastings, where he was a partner and Global Head of High Yield Capital Markets. He is ranked in Chambers UK, Legal 500 and IFLR 1000. Schwartz received his undergraduate degree from the University of Rochester and his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School.
