King & Spalding International LLP announced today that it has represented Boparan Holdings Limited and its group in connection with the refinancing of their existing senior secured notes, along with the refinancing of their existing term and revolving loans. This was achieved through the issuance of £390 million of new senior secured notes by Boparan Finance plc. King & Spalding also assisted Boparan Holdings Limited in connection with (i) the tender offer for the existing notes and (ii) the amendment and restatement of its £80.0 million super senior revolving facility.
Boparan Holdings Limited is the parent company for 2 Sisters Food Group with headquarters in Birmingham, which is the UK's largest chicken producer, and also a leading food manufacturer with strong market positions in Meals and Bakery categories in the UK.
