Senior Advisor Kendrick Meek served as moderator for a panel conversation entitled, Mothers of the Movement: The Journey from Tragedy to Activism panel at the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation’s 53rd Annual Legislative Conference in Washington, DC. The panel focused on the need to focus on assessing and preventing the unintended consequences of laws and policies that disproportionately affect communities of color.
