Kendrick Meek to Speak at Environmental Justice Panel at the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation’s 53rd Annual Legislative Conference in Washington, D.C.


Senior Advisor Kendrick Meek served as moderator for a panel conversation entitled, Powering Black Communities: Shaping Energy Policy for a Sustainable Future, during the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation’s 53rd Annual Legislative Conference.  Former Congressman Meek (D-FL) was joined on the panel by Congressional Black Caucus Chairman, Representative Steven Horsford (D-NV); former Senator Mary Landrieu (D-LA); former Philadelphia Mayor, Michael Nutter; Ralph Cleveland, President & CEO, American Association of Blacks in Energy; and Tara Murray, Executive Director of the National Urban League’s Washington Bureau and Senior Vice President of Policy and Advocacy.  More information about the panel can be found here.
