Jia Lin Hoe to Speak on ICC Australia Arbitration Committee

Singapore International Arbitration associate Jia Lin Hoe will speak on a webinar hosted by the ICC Australia Arbitration Committee on Nov. 8. Jia Lin will participate in a panel discussion on “What is the point of investment treaty arbitration?” as part of the Conversations with ICC Australia series. Jia Lin will address whether investment treaty arbitration is still fit for purpose, what protection may be available from other sources, and what should be kept in mind for drafting of ISDS clauses.
