Paris, Trial and Global Disputes, partner James Castello will be a featured speaker at the XVI Belgrade International Arbitration Conference on March 15 in Belgrade, Serbia. James will be part of a panel on “Counsel, Arbitrators, Courts – Do’s and Don’ts,” where he will address “Courts’ Increasing Willingness to Enforce Arbitral Interim Measures.” The Belgrade Conference immediately precedes the XVI Belgrade Open Pre-Moot Court, which attracts one of the largest groups of students participating in the Willem Vis Moot Court (which will take place in Vienna, Austria in the last week of March) for a final round of practice and critiques.
