J. Philip Ludvigson to Speak at Practising Law Institute

Washington, D.C., International Trade partner J. Philip Ludvigson will be a featured panelist at the Practising Law Institute Program titled “Investing, Trading, and Doing Business in an Anxious World 2025: Extension and Enforcement” on Feb. 4, 2025, in New York.  This panel, “Operationalizing Compliance in Context of NSAs, Consent Agreements, and Third-Party Oversight,” will examine recent developments and best practices in implementing compliance programs in the context of national security risk mitigation agreements and oversight.  It will also consider how third party and mandatory mitigation situations arise, their lifecycle, and strategies for successful implementation and operation.
