December 5, 2024 – Government Advocacy and Public Policy Partner J.C. Boggs spearheaded a Parliamentary Intelligence-Security Forum on the Indo-Pacific held on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C.
The full day forum attracted more than 250 Parliamentarians and government officials from over 60 countries to discuss trade/economic security, critical minerals/global supply chain, national/maritime security, competition with China, among other topics.
Speakers included U.S. Senator Bill Hagerty (R-TN), a member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and former U.S. Ambassador to Japan; Rep. Young Kim (R-CA), chairwoman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee Subcommittee on the Indo-Pacific; Rep. Zach Nunn (R-IA), a member of the Congressional-Executive Commission on China; Hon. Jose Manuel G. Romualdez, the Philippine Ambassador to the United States; and former World Bank President David Malpass, and many other thought leaders and subject matter experts.
