Join us for an overview of the practical implications of the Inflation Reduction Act on solar, wind and battery storage, hydrogen production and storage, and carbon capture and sequestration (CSS) projects. We will discuss some implications for existing projects and potential future trends in financial structuring of new projects, including availability of credit stacking, direct pay and transferability of credits. We will also address contracting implications of the new prevailing wage and U.S.-sourced materials requirements on EPC and O&M agreements.
