Harold Franklin to Speak on PLAC’s Webinar

Atlanta Trial and Global Disputes partner Harold E. Franklin, Jr. will be a featured panelist on PLAC’s webinar discussion on “New Risks in the New Year” on Jan. 29 at 1:00 pm EST. The panel will discuss three jurisdictions often considered as hostile to product defendants and their outlook on expanding civil liability in each state followed by their recommendations for preparing for, and responding to, litigation in these courts. Harold will focus on Georgia, which for the second straight year, was selected as the top Judicial Hellhole, according to the American Tort Reform Association (ATRA).
