European Union’s Official Journal Publishes European Union Artificial Intelligence Act

The European Union Artificial Intelligence Act (EU AI Act)1 has been published in the Official Journal of the European Union.2 The EU AI Act came into effect on August 1, 2024, the 20th day following its publication in the Official Journal.
