King & Spalding partners Danna Horton and Julia Schmidt have been elected as Fellows of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys at ACMA’s 50th Anniversary Annual Meeting.
Horton focuses on complex commercial real estate transactions, primarily in real estate finance. She advises capital providers seeking to generate or preserve investments. Her clients include lenders, borrowers, ground landlords, private equity funds, REITS and insurance companies.
Schmidt focuses her practice on owner-side real estate transactions, including borrower-side real estate finance, representing property owners/developers that are acquiring, developing and financing all classes of real estate projects, including multifamily buildings, mixed-income or 100% affordable projects, office space, medical office buildings, industrial facilities, data centers and other commercial spaces.
