backThe Daily Business Review has honored King & Spalding partner Daniel Kahan and senior associate Sarah Primrose with an On the Rise award as part of its 2024 Florida Legal Awards program. The awards recognize the distinguished members of the Florida legal community in assorted areas of the law.
King & Spalding was also a finalist in the Litigation Department of the Year category.
Kahan co-leads the firm’s Emerging Companies and Venture Capital Group and Fintech group. His corporate transactional practice focuses on venture capital and private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and spin-offs, debt and equity offerings, digital asset transactions, and corporate governance matters.
Primrose represents debtors, lenders, investors, secured and unsecured creditors, and other parties in interest in a broad range of restructuring and special situations matters, including high-profile chapter 11 cases, out-of-court restructurings, and bankruptcy-related acquisitions.
