Benchmark Litigation has named King & Spalding partner Alvin Lee and counsel Dana Berkowitz to its 2024 40 & Under List, which recognizes “accomplished young lawyers,” who are the “best and brightest litigators” throughout the United States, according to the organization.
Lee focuses on complex commercial litigation, mass torts, and class action defense, most notably for clients in the financial services, energy, chemical, and technology sectors, among others. He has significant experience in disputes relating to energy, infrastructure, and manufacturing projects and has litigated a number of high-profile disputes relating to supply chain disruptions and force majeure declarations.
Berkowitz is an experienced commercial litigator with a nationally recognized behavioral healthcare practice. She resolves high-stakes problems facing providers, from ERISA-governed insurance reimbursement disputes to license revocation actions and other existential threats. Berkowitz also represents providers and other entities in business litigation across subject matter areas, including intellectual property, breach of fiduciary duty and various business torts.
Benchmark compiles its 40 & Under List based on several phases of research, including a review of candidates’ recent case work, peer review and client feedback on their performance.
