Ashley Parrish to Speak at Litigation Strategy Forum for Reform of the Administrative State

Washington, D.C. Trial and Global Disputes partner Ashley C. Parrish will speak at the Litigation Strategy Forum for Reform of the Administrative State on Jan. 26.  Ashley will be discussing the Fifth Circuit’s decision in Jarkesy v. SEC, and the consequences of the Seventh Amendment right to a jury trial for the administrative state.  The event is hosted by the Pacific Legal Foundation and the Cato Institute.  More information can be found here.
