Advise Sarawak Energy Berhad on the Sarawak Corridor of Renewable Energy (SCORE) Program

King & Spalding serves as international counsel to Sarawak Energy Berhad, the public power utility in the Malaysian State of Sarawak, and the State Government of Sarawak on the Sarawak Corridor of Renewable Energy (SCORE) Program -- the largest capital expenditure program within the Southeast Asian power sector and one of the largest power sector transactions anywhere in the world today. As part of this project, we have represented SEB across their PPA negotiations with major industrial offtakers, including transactions valued at over US$ 15 billion.
