The American Bar Association has published New York partner James Berger’s two-volume practice reference, “International Aspects of U.S. Litigation,” which is intended to serve as a comprehensive reference for practitioners both inside and outside the United States concerning the issues that arise when international disputes are brought before U.S. courts. The book contains chapters that were written by King & Spalding partners Rich Marooney and Brian White as well as senior associate Charlene Sun. More information can be found here.
