backOn April 13, 2021, the Office for Civil Rights released new guidance and a fact sheet outlining the legal standards under federal civil rights laws prohibiting discrimination that vaccine programs must bear in mind. These resources illustrate barriers to vaccine access faced by people with disabilities and older adults as well as strategies to ensure accessibility. The resources are intended to help states and vaccination providers improve access to vaccines for people with disabilities and older adults.
