Vaishali represents both lenders and borrowers, including private credit funds, private equity sponsors, institutional investors and public and private issuers in connection with leveraged buyouts, unitranche facilities, asset-based lending, first lien/second lien transactions, syndicated credit facilities, liability management transactions and restructurings.
