Sophie Hafley is an Associate in our Los Angeles office and a member of our FDA & Life Sciences Practice Group. Sophie focuses her practice on the regulation of pharmaceutical manufacturers and medical devices, as well as healthcare providers and suppliers. Specifically, Sophie advises companies on healthcare fraud and abuse matters, including analyzing arrangements under the Anti-Kickback Statute and assisting with government and internal investigations. Sophie also provides counsel on a range of state law issues, including drug price transparency, licensing, and the corporate practice of medicine.
