Sai Vellala is an associate in the firm’s Trial & Global Disputes practice group. Sai’s practice focuses on intellectual property litigation, specifically patent litigation before U.S. District Courts and the U.S. International Trade Commission. As a computer engineer, musician, and entrepreneur, Sai enjoys engaging with emerging technologies and startups.
In law school, Sai served as the Managing Editor of the Intellectual Property Edition of the Akron Law Review. Sai was also the 2022 recipient of the American Intellectual Property Law Association Jan Jancin Award. Prior to law school, Sai was a Systems Engineer focusing on data center electrical systems and a social engineering entrepreneur.
