Paul Craft's practice focuses on white-collar criminal defense and government investigations, especially in an international context. Specific areas of practice include internal investigations, anti-corruption investigations, compliance counseling, sanctions enforcement, and related civil litigation.
Prior to law practice, Paul has over a decade of experience helping organizations navigate complex international challenges. He has managed organizations and projects in Iraq, Afghanistan, Jordan, Lebanon, the Gulf region, Rwanda, and the Philippines, and has studied in Chile and Austria. From 2018 to 2024, he was a Senior Program Manager at the International Republican Institute (IRI) in D.C. He was also a leader at the American University of Iraq, Sulaimani (AUIS) between 2010 and 2015, living and travelling across Iraq to help start up the new university. Through his experiences he developed a passion for helping organizations to operate globally with transparency and accountability.
