Oleg is an associate specializing in public and private mergers and acquisitions, representing publicly-listed and private companies, private equity firms, and hedge funds. He advises on a wide range of transactions, including mergers, equity and asset acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, proxy contests, takeover defenses, joint ventures, and related corporate governance matters.

Oleg  frequently guides clients through complex cross-border transactions, drawing on extensive M&A, private equity, and capital markets experience across numerous industries, such as aviation, infrastructure, food and beverage, media and telecommunications, technology, life sciences and biotech, financial services, consumer products, and real estate/REITs. He also lectures on M&A and capital markets at McGill University’s Faculty of Law.

Prior to joining King & Spalding, Oleg practiced at a leading global law firm in New York and at a prominent Canadian law firm in Montreal, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions
