Matt’s dedication to delivering positive outcomes for clients has translated into a string of positive results for clients, ranging from dismissals of disputes or pre-suit negotiations in commercial disputes to a recent award of $1 billion in damages being obtained for his client in an international energy megaproject construction dispute after a six-week arbitration hearing.

Matt relishes the challenge of helping clients in the construction industry achieve their objectives and overcome barriers to their success. Matt has the depth of experience gained over years of disputes about fact-intensive matters such as the construction of solar farms, data centers, refineries, and power plants to identify and pursue a path toward victory consistent with his clients’ goals. Matt is also fluent in Spanish and regularly deploys his language skills when advising clients on cross-border disputes.
