Kevin Hilton is an associate in King & Spalding’s Atlanta office. He is a member of the Tax practice within the Corporate, Finance, and Investments Practice Group. Kevin helps clients across various industries navigate the U.S. federal tax system, advising a diverse client base on U.S. federal tax issues in both domestic and international contexts.
Kevin graduated magna cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law as the salutatorian of his class. He holds a Master of Accounting with a concentration in taxation and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida Fisher School of Accounting where he graduated with honors. Kevin is also a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida where he practiced public accountancy before pursuing his legal studies.
