Kasia Rudnicki is an associate in King & Spalding’s New York office and a member of the Trial & Global Disputes practice group. Kasia has experience litigating high-stakes, complex commercial litigation in both federal court and domestic arbitration. She has represented and advised high-profile clients across a wide-range of industries, including financial services, technology, energy industries, and healthcare. Kasia also maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing clients in constitutional class action and immigration matters.

Prior to joining King and Spalding, Kasia received her J.D. from Harvard Law School where she worked on impact litigation as part of the Harvard Health Law and Policy Innovation Clinic, served as an editor for the Harvard International Law Journal and the Harvard Latin American Law Review, and co-chaired conferences with the Women’s Law Association. During law school, she worked in-house at the American Cancer Society, Inc. She received her B.A, magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Southern California.
