Justin Henderson is an associate in King & Spalding’s Washington, D.C. office and a member of the firm’s Data, Privacy & Security practice, as well as the Special Matters & Government Investigations practice. His practice primarily focuses on congressional investigations, white-collar criminal defense, and related civil litigation. He has defended companies in investigations and enforcement actions brought by the Department of Justice, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, state attorneys general, and state government agencies. Justin also advises clients on anticipating and responding to congressional committee requests and subpoenas, and preparing for congressional oversight hearings.
Justin earned his law degree from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law where he was an editor on the Berkeley Journal of Criminal Law. He graduated cum laude from Morehouse College in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. While at Morehouse, he served as the inaugural Herbert E. Phipps Fellow and interned at the Georgia Court of Appeals for the Honorable Stephen Dillard.
