Jessica is a Senior Associate in King & Spalding’s Corporate, Finance and Investments practice group. Jess advises employers on wide-ranging executive compensation and employee benefit matters, including the design and implementation of executive compensation and employee benefit programs on a domestic and global basis. As a member of King & Spalding’s Global Human Capital and Compliance practice, she assists multinational employers with complex multi-jurisdictional benefits and compensation initiatives and human capital compliance matters.

Jessica works closely with clients to identify practical and legally compliant solutions to their executive compensation and employee benefit needs. Jess has experience counseling clients on public and private company executive compensation matters, retirement plans, health and welfare benefit programs and related governance considerations. Jessica also advises employers on executive compensation and employee benefit considerations and risks in mergers and acquisitions and on post-transaction implementation, restructuring and integration of executive compensation and employee benefit arrangements.
