Jacqueline focuses on fund finance, advising both lenders and borrowers on a variety of fund linked products including subscription line facilities, asset-backed and hybrid facilities.

Jacqueline previously spent time practising within the banking and finance group of a leading Irish law firm, where she advised on a broad range of transactions, including real estate financing, project financing, acquisition financing and general corporate lending.

Jacqueline is admitted to practice in Ireland (non-practising).
