Jackson Eskay is an associate in King & Spalding’s Atlanta office and a member of the firm’s Trial and Global Disputes group and Data, Privacy & Security practice. Jackson's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including privacy and data breach class actions and other complex litigation in state and federal courts across the country.

Jackson graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where he served as a Senior Editor for the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law. Prior to law school, Jackson played professional soccer in Richmond, Virginia. Jackson received his undergraduate degree from the College of William and Mary, where he graduated with Honors in Philosophy. Jackson played varsity soccer at William and Mary, where he was the first third-generation scholarship athlete at the school, following his grandfather (basketball), his father (soccer), and his mother (track).
