Guy is a Senior Associate in King & Spalding's Corporate, Finance and Investments Group. Guy focuses on King & Spalding's power, energy and infrastructure project matters, including in the mergers and acquisitions, finance and construction spaces. His experience includes advising private equity clients in relation to key energy portfolio investments as well as advising on the full suite of documentation required for the procurement, delivery and financing of major projects (including mega-projects). Guy has actively advised on some of the largest and most complex green hydrogen, carbon-capture, wind, solar, renewable fuels and other green energy and infrastructure projects globally.

Guy's experience includes advising lenders, sponsors, and other project participants on the full suite of documentation required for the procurement, delivery and financing of major projects. He regularly advises on a range of international and domestic project and mergers and acquisitions transactions in the energy, resources, infrastructure and construction spaces. He also regularly provides advice on all aspects of design and construct contracts, engineering procurement contracts, operation and maintenance contracts, project agreements/deeds, consultant agreements, general supply agreements and other miscellaneous general construction, infrastructure and energy agreements.
