Gill Baxter joined King & Spalding in 2021 as the Director of Operations, Europe. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing human resources, office services, facilities management, financial functions and budgets, secretarial services, recruiting, records management, and technology/information services in the European Offices.
Prior to joining the firm, Gill served as the Director, Office Administration for Davis Polk & Wardwell’s London Office, and has over 20 years’ experience in Law Firm operational management. Before entering the world of Law Firms she spent five years as a serving Officer in the Adjutant General’s Corps of the British Army.
Gill holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies, a Post Graduate Diploma in Law (PGDL) and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD).
