Faye has significant experience advising private companies, government-owned entities and project sponsors on a wide range of corporate transactions, including general corporate advisory matters and project financings. Prior to joining King & Spalding LLP, Faye had over a decade of experience at other law firms in London and the UAE in addition to the Legal & Compliance Department at Emirates Global Aluminium PJSC (EGA).

Faye is currently on secondment at Borouge (the petrochemicals arm of ADNOC), reporting directly to the General Counsel, advising on various legal and corporate matters.

She is fluent in Arabic and English.

A UAE entity on acquiring 51% equity interest in an oil services group company from a UAE government owned entity, including carrying out a due diligence review, working with various local counsel in respective jurisdictions and drafting the due diligence report.

A Kuwaiti government owned entity on the sale of its entire interest in a KSA-based entity, including due diligence review and drafting of the SPA.

Rabigh Refining & Petrochemical Company on general advisory services in respect of project development and finance-related matters in connection with the development and operation of its petrochemical refinery and related facilities in Rabigh, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) in connection with a US$250 million financing agreement with Pearl Petroleum Company Limited (Pearl Petroleum), in support of gas expansion works currently under way at the Khor Mor gas plant in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq (KRI).

DFC in relation to financing of Pearl Petroleum including: (i) due diligence on gas sales and gas transportation agreements; and (ii) bringing the project to commercial close.

Byco Busient Inc. and its shareholder on a framework agreement with the Abraaj group for restructuring of Byco Petroleum Pakistan Limited.

Reliance Industries Limited on a potential sale of a stake in its oil-to-chemicals unit.
