Edward Kehoe specializes in business arbitration and litigation. He is co-head of our International Arbitration practice and a member of the firm’s ten-person management committee.

With more than 25 years of experience in business arbitration and litigation, Edward represents clients in the energy, mining, construction, professional services, finance and banking, pharmaceutical, and insurance sectors. He has been lead counsel in many international arbitration and trials (both jury and bench), with successful outcomes for his clients.
Edward is currently ranked in Band 1 in Chambers USA and in the “Hall of Fame” category in Legal 500 United States. Edward is a Senior Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, Trial Lawyer Honorary Society. Edward is a member of the Trial Law Institute and Diversity Law Institute. In addition to serving as counsel, he regularly serves as an arbitrator and is listed as an arbitrator on the Panel of Neutrals for the International Centre for Dispute Resolution.
A frequent writer and lecturer on international arbitration issues, Edward is a member of the Board of Editors of Global Arbitration Review and the Advisory Board of the Institute for Transnational Arbitration.
Edward earned his bachelor's degree in accounting from Lehigh University.
