A partner in our Finance and Restructuring practice, David Ridenour represents financial institutions as issuers, underwriters, borrowers, lenders, sellers and purchasers in a variety of sophisticated asset-backed securitization and structured lending transactions.  In particular, he is an industry leader in the digital infrastructure space, where he serves as issuer’s counsel for some of the largest and most active 144A and 4(a)(2) issuance platforms in the market.

David has years of experience working on both SEC publicly-registered and privately-negotiated securitization platforms totaling more than $100 billion in issuance value, secured by credit card receivables, franchise loans, timeshare receivables, mortgage servicing rights, automobile loans and leases, equipment loans and leases, mortgage-backed securities and trade receivables.

Chambers USA has ranked David as a Band 4 leading lawyer and noted that he is particularly renowned for his strengths in digital infrastructure ABS mandates.
