Amy is a commercial real estate associate in the Washington, DC office.  Amy represents national and local developers, investors and financial institutions in the acquisition, disposition and financing of office, retail, multifamily, industrial and mixed use properties.  Amy's practice also focuses on the structuring and negotiating of complex joint venture agreements.  Amy's financing practice focuses on the origination of all types of commercial real estate products, including construction, interim and permanent financing as well as complex mezzanine loans.  Amy also has extensive experience drafting and negotiating industrial, data-center, office and retail leases.
