Alexandra Bakalar is an Associate in the Atlanta office of King & Spalding in the Corporate, Finance and Investments group. She is a member of the Funds and Real Estate practice. Alexandra's practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including development, joint venture negotiation, acquisitions and dispositions, and financing and refinancing.
