Director of Strategic Pricing


Aaron Frank is our Director of Strategic Pricing and has responsibility for the pricing function of the firm. Aaron works closely with our clients, partners, and staff to structure fee arrangements that align with client priorities and the firm’s pricing strategies and processes.   He is based in our Atlanta office.

Aaron provides leadership, insight, and advice to partners in support of their fee arrangement discussions with our clients.   This includes: non-standard fee approvals, evaluating matter financial models, negotiation strategy development, and ongoing budget tracking to ensure efficient execution.

Aaron has over 25 years of professional experience in procurement-related global leadership roles with a focus on professional services.  He has held Director level positions at Invesco and Home Depot.  Additionally, Aaron has consulted numerous Fortune 500 companies on procurement and supply chain engagements during his tenure at A.T. Kearney and Accenture.   

Aaron graduated from The College of William & Mary with a BBA in Finance and received his MBA from the Goizeuta Business School at Emory University.
