Type of Experience: King & Spalding seeks a highly qualified mid and senior-level project finance and development attorney with experience in project finance for its Denver or New York office, preferably including familiarity with project finance at a large national or international law firm. Experience with credit and security documentation is necessary, and expertise with diligence of large renewable and conventional power and energy projects will be a core competence.
