Type of Experience: King & Spalding seeks an experienced mid- to senior-level attorney for its award-winning global construction and engineering disputes practice. A minimum of 5 years’ experience is required.

Qualified candidates will have significant commercial litigation experience (or ideally, a combination of litigation and international arbitration experience) with a large law firm, with a focus on construction, infrastructure, and/or energy disputes; outstanding academic credentials; strong written and oral advocacy skills; experience leading disputes teams; superior attention to client service; and the ability to manage matters and teams that move at a fast pace. Project Finance

Type of Experience: King & Spalding seeks a highly qualified mid or senior-level “projects” attorney with experience in finance, M&A and/or development of energy and infrastructure projects for one of the firms U.S. offices preferably with similar experience at a large national or international law firm. Transactional legal experience with large renewable and conventional power and energy projects will be a core competence. Qualified candidates will have expertise in some combination of credit and security documentation, purchase and sale and merger documentation, and power purchase agreements and related, critical project contracts. Strong applicants will also have substantial experience running closings for financings or acquisitions/dispositions in power, energy, and infrastructure, as well as related ancillary documents.
