backKing & Spalding represented Virtru, a global data encryption and digital privacy provider, in its Series C venture financing.
Virtru's data security platform allows organizations to securing share data while eliminating the trade-off between data protection and ease of use for businesses. The funding round will allow Virtru to accelerate the delivery of new products across its data protection portfolio built on its Trusted Data Format (TDF) platform providing Zero Trust data protection (ZTDP).
