backSAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 7, 2023 — The Recorder has recognized King & Spalding Trial and Global Disputes partner Benjamin Jones as a winner in the Lawyers on the Fast Track category as part of its 2023 California Legal Awards program. The award celebrates the “next generation of legal leaders,” who are under 40 years old.
Jones advises clients around the world on the resolution of complex international disputes in the energy, construction, technology, and finance sectors. He represents owners, investors and contractors in high-profile disputes arising from major capital projects under all major arbitration rules, many of which exceed USD 1 billion. He has also acted in more than 40 international arbitrations, and has particular experience involving projects in Latin America, the Middle East, and Asia.
